Talking with papá makes me feel proud of my choices in life. I understand what he doesn't understand. Is clear for me now. I can see a fraction of the big picture.

He told me his history. My curiosity of who is this man fulfill some spaces.

He is just a man. Just like me. Living a life, living his own life and telling me his story I think we can create a circle.

A letter for my one

Words can't express what I feel right now.

I'm looking at the grown from above. Everything looks so small and so great at the same time.

I'm leaving now and I recognize this is my home. My place. And I feel greatful because you are part of this land. And living this life with you is just amazing, I can't articulate it and you know why.

I love you so much and you are my whole universe. This love I feel for you seems indescriptible. You bring so much meaning into my life. I can only appreciate every little detail that you do for me, and sometime just by being yourself. Makes me feel I want to give back.

This is something I'm greatful with life. To somehow let us find ourselves thru each other. Thank you for exist. To be willing to learn with me all the time, to learn about this life, kids, univers, future, and past. To learn about ourselves, to understand the world where we live in. To fit and to contribute accordingly. To fulfill our needs. To take care. To change the world for the better... One kid at a time... Starting to change ourselves.

I love to live in this world with you. And I want to give more. And I want we do it together.

I'm expecting with this trip to open my brain again. To look back just a bit in order to be able to create a brightly future.

A lot of people hide behind the expression if I could just find something I love, then I could do great work.  

And I think is way more powerful to be able to say 'I choose to love the thing I do'. And that idea that we can become passionate about our work as opposed to expecting our work to give us passion. Makes us way more flexible, gives us more leverage, allows us to move forward and it gets back to the narrative the self-talk we have about this work we get to do as opposed to having to treat it as something we have to do.

Cambiando perspectivas / Miedos

Hay una cosa que cambia y es flexible. La perspectiva, el punto de vista. 

La situación en la que vives y los factores externos podríamos decir que son inmutables, que no cambian. 

El que cambia es uno, en la forma en la que vemos las cosas.

Tener miedo es una forma de perspectiva también, un punto de vista. Y tener miedo por el miedo de otra persona es como doble combo.

Mi madre tiene miedo y nos transfiere su miedo en su búsqueda de seguridad, de reconfortar.

Pero a mí lo que me pasa es que lo absorbo. Me da miedo también. Y ese sentimiento es el que me ha hecho soñar con miedo; Pero pude vislumbrar algo extraño. Pude superarlo un poco. Sólo un poco y sentí todo el poder del no tenerlo. Era como una sensación de poder volar. No era tan difícil ni tan grande superar ese miedo a  como me lo imaginaba.

Pero era un sueño. Luego desperté con la sensación de que es el miedo el que me retiene. Es como poder finalmente ver a ese enemigo que es muy fácil de derrotar pero es invisible a simple vista.

Sentí que tengo un miedo terrible a ser juzgado por mi familia. Que lo que hago es sujeto a aprobación. Cuando ni siquiera están aquí. Cuando ni siquiera lo ven. Porque no les he dicho nada. Por miedo a como me vean y no en como me gustaría que fuera.

Entiendo como fui educado pero ahora eso ya no es suficiente. No hay nadie ahí afuera a quien pueda mirar de frente y platicar. Y que se vuelva ese modelo a seguir que creo necesitar. Ese líder que me encamine, me anime, que me aliente para no tener miedo y seguir adelante hacia ese destino del ser simplemente yo.

Luego pienso en la forma en la que piensa mi familia y me digo que no lo entenderían. La mentalidad clasista está dentro de ellos. Así es como yo también veía las cosas y, aunque a veces me pega en la cabeza ese tipo de ideas, el ambiente en le que me encuentro me ayuda a pensar diferente; que es lo que realmente quiero. Cambiar mi perspectiva. Quitar ese cristal opaco de mi mente que solo juzga, sin saber.

Acabe de ver la película de Star Wars The Last Jedi y resonó mucho lo que dice "el malo". Conceptos básicos como el dejar ir... el pasado, soltar. Buscar lo nuevo, no aferrarse a las memorias, al camino marchado, sino vislumbrar hacia donde vamos. Y eso da poder. Eso da un destino. Eso es bueno. 

Aunque lo que lo hace malo en la película es que debe matar al pasado de ser necesario para poder avanzar. Lo que entiendo como una referencia a todo eso que nos retiene mentalmente. El pasado.

Y ayer vi la película de The Greatest Show Man. Y hay un mensaje similar que resuena en mi. Y es el momento en el que el personaje principal le cierra la puerta a aquellas personas que lo ayudaron a crecer, y se las cierra porque ahora está en otra "altura / situación / nivel". No los deja pasar por lo avergonzado que se siente por tener relación con ellos. Lo que vendría ser la relación directa con su pasado.

Lo único que pasa es lo que puede pasar. 

Sus amigos se sienten ofendidos y dentro de su corazón sabe que el no pertenece a esa "nueva realidad". Tampoco será visto como parte del grupo y eso solo lo segrega de todos perdiendo conexiones humanas. Sobretodo las que le importan.

Y eso me habla. 

No es que quiera dejar el pasado atrás, ni si quiera estoy interesado en eso, soy bien consciente de quien soy y de donde vengo, pero lo que si quiero enterrar es esa forma de pensar inculcada en la que que en el fondo, nunca ha permaneció conmigo, porque nunca fue parte de mi. Aunque ocupa su espacio, como voces de héroes pasados en los que sus valores ya no reconoces en ti.

Creo en la igualdad de género y en la igualdad de clases. Creo que todo debemos ser tratados igual sin ser juzgados. Y ese es exactamente el  monstruo que tengo dentro de mi, ese es el verdadero enemigo del que tengo que deshacerme.

Lo he visto. 

Y cada vez es más pequeño. Aunque sus voces sean ecos, ha plantado la semilla lista para germinar. Tengo que quitar la tierra y agua de mis pensamientos de los que se alimenta. No he sabido como. Nadie me ha enseñado a como hacerlo. Pero hoy, esta mañana, en mi sueño y justo antes de haber despertado, pude probar lo que se siente no tener miedo. Estaba volando.

Visually I don't notice great difference (as Wav vs MP3) but I think work very well the MainConcept due is for Internet use, the bitrate have to be low but acceptable for quality.
