The girl on the old port

Ontario Lake

What is the story of a girl in old port eating an hamburger in the touristic place? Not a restaurant, just outside siting in a place? She is alone. Wearing this almost white hoodie with the hood on her. It's not a particular cold day. I could say even warm. But there she is. Eating this hamburger alone.

Triger my imagination. Triger questions like what she is doing there?

So I need to move one but I'm captivated by this image. I'm wondering what's going to happen. So I don't move and wait. For something to happens that tells me anything about that history. I like stories. 

I've been creating my own stories since I remember. Maybe this is the way I can tell myself who the world is. To act, to react. To feel. 

Who knows when the music goes. When the sound of the guitar is starting to appear like in fade in. 

The scene changes. Is it a friend who is arriving playing the guitar? or is just the sound of the videoclip. So the music starts and then cut into a sunset. Drone view of a lake of Ontario. The girl finish with her hamburger and stand up. She turn and then we see how she disappear from the frame. She walks to her right. Cut to the back of her walking. Slow motion. We can read the hoodie's text. It's from a parc where they where. From where the other story. 

Then we realize nothing has happened. That me I'm still looking at the girl who is eating. Someone is calling me. We don't hear the person but it's in the background and we can see how me I'm looking somewhere and the person is calling me. So I turn and I never know what happened with that girl on the old port of Montréal. A sunny Sunday at 3pm.

Las 7 D's que ayudan a vender

1. DETERMINA
lo que vendes. Nombrar, hacer packs. Horas. Ponerle nombre.

2. DETERMINA UN PROBLEMA Y UNA SOLUCIÓN.

Cual es el problema que vas a abordar mejor que nadie y cual es la solución única que vas a ofrecer mejor que nadie.

Tomar en cuenta que estamos en la primavera de los micronichos de mercados.

Es por eso que si se resuelven problemas generales es más fácil ingresar menos que resolver problemas concretos.

Elegir un problema concreto y elegir una solución concreta.

3. No venden las Características, venden los Beneficios.

(no venden los frenos abs, lo que vende es que en caso de una emergencia los pasajeros no se matan.)

El ejercicio de éste punto es hacer una lista de 3 Características, y junto a cada una, asociarla directamente con un beneficio.

En la tentación qué se tiene de hablar siempre de las Características.

4. Determinar una propuesta única de venta.

(no sobrevender. Si el cliente pregunta más, se le explica. Si tu producto, tu servicio, tu experiencia... tienes que saber, si solo pudieras  explicarlo en tan solo una frase, qué es lo que dirías?)

5. Determinar las objeciones.

Tener preparado qué decir cuando el cliente te diga lo que estabas anciando qué te diga... "no".

Típicas objeciones.

- No le urge.
- No ha sido lo suficientemente sexy, hay otras cosas en el mercado.
- No hay confianza en el producto. Para eso se muestra la propuesta única de venta.
- No dinero.
- No lo necesito.

El ejercicio es hacer una lista de éstas objeciones y junto a ellas las respuestas preparadas para ellas.

Ejemplo
- No hay dinero... Génial, dentro de 6 meses vamos a tener rebajas, quieres que te avise?

Esto permite aumentar la taza de conversión de los clientes y es lo que pocos emprendedores se toman la molestia de preparar.

No vendemos nada que otra persona no necesite.

Y si lo haces, ira en tu contra.

6. Determinar Ideas Fuerza

Si el cliente pregunta es porque le interesa. Entonces tienes que saber cuales son las ideas fuertes y principales de tu producto, servicio o experiencia.

Una lista de ideas fuerza. Sólo dentro de la conversación, no se sacan primero. Se pueden exponer en un sitio por Internet para organizar la información.

7. Determinar el precio.

Comprender cual es el valor, el retorno de la inversión qué se lleva tu cliente. Hay veces que el retorno de la inversión es claro y a veces es emocional.

Si no lo conoces, pues ponte a investigarlo. Porque es algo que debes de saber antes de poner un precio.

Debemos saber también cual es el precio de oferta en caso de tenerlo. En qué circunstancias aplica, en qué fechas, en qué condición es, cuándo, a quién, à clientes nuevos o a recurrentes, en una época del año o en otra.

Tener estructurado el precio estándar y una circunstancia al menos para el precio de oferta.

Una idea fuerza es una línea. Es muy breve.

Una de las ideas fundamentales para vender es ser muy breve.

Teniendo esto ya estamos listos para salir a la calle...

Pero esto solo es la primera parte...mañana seguimos con la segunda parte.

All of us dreamed with the same thing telling us about two events... He will return to show us our day of birth, and something unknown in a date in the future.

So the fact that God ask to Caín and Abel that they should bring him what they love the most. Put Caín's mind into confusion and contradiction. Hesitation. Love and fear got connected for the very first time.

That night you could see even from the distance hundreds of thousands of red balloons released from the congregation of thousands of people together in downtown. Those who couldn't have one red baloon in their hands, they where faking the movements to release it into the air.

A simbol of hope for the future. And for the next generations that will survive.

While a 14 years old person was starting to stand up in the alley, just after being raped by his psychologist.

She wasn't far from downtown and could see in the air all the deployment of those red ballons going up while the tears of her chin were going down, reflecting them amongst the lights of the infinite buildings of the town.

But how do we know what road we should take?. How do we know if we have chosen the good one?.

Sometimes we just have to wait. For the call, for the signal, for the autobus of life. But before we needed to chose to take it. Like music. Somehow you create your soundtrack. And we keep waiting.

We walk and we travel, we make our space. We decide but how far?. Free will. Can we control dreams? Can you control your heart beat? Can you control death

What is to be yourself, something that haven't been before. What is to be natural with all this accessories anyway, in this autobus. With all this technologie and all this flavors on us. The sun, that should be natural. But us, here we are moving us from one place to another.  All of us. Still under the sun. Movement. Shadows in the transparency of the reflections... to yourself.

More patience to wait, to cross borders, to wait more to be moved. To chose to be yourself even here. With all this people. With all this lights that look to never go.

Silence.

We walk to discover, to change, to be. We look to the past and we can see what we have done. Sometimes when we arrive we need to wait more. Looks like our life is build in blocks of time.

What is this force that keep us walking, for empty spaces, for this so called future. Is it really love? Love for being alive. For being here. To look back and keep moving forward with no mater what choices we have done. We are still here. With all this accessories that the present brings us. From black to white, backwards and forward. We will use them... to keep us moving. To discover what our own choices are made of.

We are based on the interpretation of fear and how we have different readings about sex, desire and love.

You fear is that I'm able to talk about it because it's something already done with us. So fear at maximum.


Questions :

Why if she felt uncomfortable she never told me anything to me in the first place. She needed to play the victim in order to take care the only thing left she had... Her reputation.

Because in the way it looks like... Playing the victim. Is that she need to tell you that was her needed to stop me... When actually she looks really IN on the conversations. Why someone would keep pushing topics when someone looks so uncomfortable and awkward. That is favorable in the victim point of view, because talking with someone who is pushing the conversation is weird.

Why she never told you the good things?. Because to skip the favorable things, is not favorable for playing the victim. She could look more vulnerable because the only topic is the bad things. There is nothing good to put in balance.

Why she never told you that we have the same type of conversations as if you are there. For me seems normal. But to play the victim she need to skip those things. So we never talk like that alone. So it looks weird already... (Like she never tell you when she propose to see us when you are not there)

I don't catch her intentions. I can imagine that she didn't get what she wanted. Now she feel the need to clean her intentions behind her... In order to be clean and don't end like the bad one.

So, we are dealing with feelings and emotions. We can track some conversations but we forget the context. One who allow us to touch those grownds.

How to expand the universe.

When she didn't "found" the conversation... She add a piece of information. She told you. Maybe in the disappearing conversations we use to have. What are the implications here? That we use to chat several times there? So there is a full range of things that happened there. When in reality, the only text exchanges we had was when I was showing her how to use it, how it works. (what a difference)
