So everybody dreamed with the same thing. No one could explain why. Many assured that was a divine message. Others an alien message. But that day... All of us dreamed with the same thing telling us about two events... He will return to show us our day of birth, and something unknown in a date in the future.

So God told Caín to kill Abel, his very own brother. But Caín actually didn't kill Abel... He save him. Cursing Caín himself for desovedience into the darkness and into the hunger for human blood. This is how the first vampire was born.

So the fact that God ask to Caín and Abel that they should bring him what they love the most. Put Caín's mind into confusion and contradiction. Hesitation. Love and fear got connected for the very first time.

That night you could see even from the distance hundreds of thousands of red balloons released from the congregation of thousands of people together in downtown. Those who couldn't have one red baloon in their hands, they where faking the movements to release it into the air.

A simbol of hope for the future. And for the next generations that will survive.

While a 14 years old person was starting to stand up in the alley, just after being raped by his psychologist.

She wasn't far from downtown and could see in the air all the deployment of those red ballons going up while the tears of her chin were going down, reflecting them amongst the lights of the infinite buildings of the town.

Probably the common person never thought  that this single act of hope and reunion, was what sparked the first simptoms.

Fourteen, in a random a direction started to walk looking the cracked ground and her broken colourful tenis leaving the plaza.

The future wasn't writed that night as many thought. Not in her tears that started to dry. Not in the smiles of everybody around there. Walking in opposite direction. Attracted by this gigant light comming from the sky.

Everyone was carrying a wish, a whisper of something special to happen. And that is exactly what they got.
